Housekeeping: $35.00 per man-hour with a 3 hour minimum.

This service is provided in-house. You will find this is a competitive rate in the valley. And we have a great reputation. Also with 25 years (20of which have been in the valley) of professional housekeeping under my belt this is our strong point. And we all know how important having a good housekeeper is.

• We have a 3 hour minimum for any job

• We charge double time for the following holidays: Easter Day,4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day

• If there is a clean needed with less than 24 hour notice we charge double time.

• We charge drive time if it is more than a 15 mile drive from the nearest exit off of I70 or 20 miles from the West Vail exit.

• We usually require our clients to provide cleaning supplies IF they have a special preference otherwise we have everything.

• We also use the vacuum at the property and if there is any need for service or vacuum bags the client is responsible for this.

• We are fully insured and bonded and you can get any of this paperwork by calling Alpine Insurance and asking for Mike Campbell at 970-926-1717

• Spring and Fall cleaning is available.

• Daily housekeeping is available

• We do laundry service out of house with The Linen Lady of Vail (who is amazing). I charge drive time (2 hour minimum or 1 hour each way)

• We really have the best, English as their first language, crew!
